Because care is taken to keep class sizes small and developmentally appropriate, class activities are for registered students only. With the exception of family classes, siblings should remain with a parent and are not permitted to participate in classes.
Basic Policies

Children should not attend class when they are ill. Your child should be free of any fever, vomiting, and/or diarrhea for at least 24 hours prior to your class.
- Cell phone use is not permitted in Crash Bang Boom in classes or in the waiting area.

Instruments and equipment is intended for use in classes. Guardians/siblings are not permitted to use equipment.

Parents may take still photographs of their child only. Video recording is not permitted.

No gum, food or drinks are permitted. Water in a closed container is permitted.
Class Policies

The session fee covers 8 classes. No refund will be given for missed classes. If your child misses a class we will attempt to accommodate you in another class; however, this is subject to schedule availability and is not guaranteed.

Siblings and guests should remain in designated waiting area during classes.

Parents are expected to assist their child with bathroom needs that occur during classes.

Children are expected to follow classroom rules. Parents are expected to redirect their students when needed. Teachers reserve the right to have children sit out from particular activities if behavioral expectations are not met.
Lesson Policies
All of the policies apply, as well as the following:
Because lessons times are limited, lessons begin and end promptly at the scheduled time only. Students who are tardy will not receive the full 30 minutes.

Children should not be left unattended when they are not in their lesson. Crash Bang Boom is not responsible for students before or after their lesson time.
- Sibling groups taking lessons should bring reading material, homework, or some other quiet activity to do during others’ lessons.

Children should be picked up promptly as there will be no supervision provided following the lessons.
