Crash Bang Boom Terms & Policies

1. Registration Process

All registrations for classes and lessons are completed through our website:crashbangboomomaha.com. Updated class schedules and calendars can be found there as well. If you ever need help during registration, just reach out—we’re happy to assist!

2. Lesson Times

Students should arrive on time for their scheduled class or lesson. To keep everything running smoothly, sessions end at the scheduled time—even if a student arrives late. For everyone’s safety, please make sure children are not left unattended before or after their scheduled time.

3. Annual Enrollment

Crash Bang Boom operates on a year-round schedule. Students are considered enrolled for the full music season beginning each August. If your family needs to pause or discontinue lessons, please let us know in writing by the 15th of the month prior.

4. Absences & Makeup Opportunities

We understand that sometimes life happens! While we don’t reschedule missed lessons, we offer meaningful makeup opportunities:

  • Private Lesson Students: May attend one of our quarterly weekend workshops, led by our talented CBB staff.
  • Kindermusik Students: May attend another class time, space permitting.

If your instructor needs to cancel a lesson, they’ll coordinate directly with you to find a time for a makeup that works for both of you.

5. Snow Days / Weather Cancellations

If the weather looks questionable, we’ll use our best judgment and follow the decisions made by local school districts. If we cancel due to weather:

  • Kindermusik students may attend a playdate at no extra cost.
  • Private Lesson students may attend a weekend workshop at no charge.

You’ll be notified via email in the event of a closure.

6. Practice Expectations

Each student’s practice expectations are set by their instructor and are tailored to their age and experience. Your support at home plays a big part in helping your child succeed, and we’re so grateful for it!

7. Recitals

We host two joyful recitals each year—typically in December and April. While participation isn’t required, we highly encourage it! Recitals are a wonderful way for students to share what they’ve been working on and gain confidence performing.

8. Media Release

By enrolling at Crash Bang Boom, you grant us permission to use photos or videos of your child (or yourself, for adult students) on our website and social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

We will never attach names to images without your direct permission. If you’d prefer that we don’t share media of your child, just let us know—we’re happy to honor your preferences.

This release helps us celebrate the joy and creativity happening every day at the studio while keeping families informed and connected.
